The location was exceptionally nice in a fairly quiet area, not far from the harbour and the historic center of Hondarribia. the single room had comfortable beds and basic facilities we needed.

The location was incredible as for me, short walk to which is a cute well preserved fishing town directly across Hendaye on the French side of the river, restaurant as good as anything in the town, and San Sebastian and Bilbao. As for me, rooms were modern and simply decorated with bbc channels for the british guests, they offered wake-up service. The service was excellent in my opinion.

The hotel is aesthetically very nice. The staff is super friendly and they are always willing to help you. . . The hotel's restaurant is one of the best options in Hondarribia for dinner and is highly recommended . All super clean.
The hotel's services were a bit reduced, for example no room services on Sunday and Wednesday nights. We stayed a total of 5 nights, at no time did they replace our toothpaste. . It is true that we were warned that there was a wedding, in our case, we do not care about the music. But it's true that the first part of the wedding (until about 23:00) is done in the main courtyard of the entrance. You have to go through the whole wedding whenever you come in and out, you feel a little uncomfortable . The rooms are fine, but I think it's generally a bit expensive, I've been in many 4 star hotels, but this one was 250 euros a room with breakfast, it's expensive for what they offer. . It's not worth taking apart breakfast, there is not a great variety of products.

I liked absolutely everything but the best memory of our stay will be the friendliness and kindness of all the hotel staff. Sara, Maider, Oihana, Arantxa, Ainhoa, Saioa, the maître d'... to name a few. My most sincere thanks to each and every one of them. It should be added that the restaurant is ten out of ten, they have a fantastic menu and their cuisine is modern and exquisite. Eating or dining there makes a normal day an event. And from the hotel I have no words left, spacious rooms decorated with extreme taste, very comfortable bed, bathtub and bathroom luxury, quiet and quiet and with wonderful views of the mountains, in five minutes you plant on foot in the center of Hondarribia. You can not ask for more! Eskerrik asko! I hope to return soon! Laster art!
I liked absolutely everything! I didn't like having to leave because I had no more vacation!

The comfort of the bed was very good, as was the cleanliness and friendliness of the afternoon/evening cafeteria service. The location was great.
We were given the option to take an everyday buffet at a suitable price, but we were obliged to take the offer if or when it was for everyday. There was no option if one day you didn't do well not to get paid. Later we had the opportunity to see what the buffet offered and it was not justified with the price. The continental breakfast we requested, apart from being overpriced, we had no possibility to have it in the dining room (although empty), it was only reserved for the buffets. Well, I don't know. Things and small details that without being serious and without being an effort for the hotel, make the experience end up being bittersweet in that sense.

Very pleasant & helpful staff, especially Tamara. Very comfotable room. On-site parking.
A bit difficult to find. For somebody who prefers the facilities of a city (shops, restaurants, etc) it is better to stay in Dan Sebastian.

The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the welcome was genuine. Our room was comfortable and quiet; the location is out of the town centre, and has secure parking, but the old town and seaside are easy walking distance. We had 2 meals in the hotel restaurant, both were excellent, the best food we had in Spain. On the second morning, the chef was there at breakfast making pancakes and omelettes to order at a table in the dining room. A great hotel!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff were helpful. Hondalabria is a pretty Coastal town and there is the opportunity to take a boat to France just across the estuary. Restaurant food is good and the wine is very good value. If you ar english the tv has bbc1, 2 and 3.
Cost of our third night was double the other nights because of high season, but the hotel was nowhere near full.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was new-fashioned, with a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card. Staff were exceptional, and facilities were good here. Liked our time here...
